The Insurance Agents and Brokers E&O program is approved in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York (non-admitted), Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Approval is pending in Virginia.
